Venison Jerky

Ingredients:
3 lbs lean venison
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Pepper
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup liquid smoke
Preparation:
Cut venison into strips 1/4 to 3/8" thick. Mix other ingredients together and marinate meat strips in it over night in the refrigerator.
Drain and pat dry with towel. Place in food dehydrator until proper consistency is reached (about 4-6 hrs)
Store in sealed jar or in plastic baggies.
